Visitors
Visitors can sign in and out of Aarsleff locations by touching the Visitors button on the home screen.
Sign In with QR Code
When a 3rd party is invited to visit one of the Aarsleff offices, they are sent an email like the one below.
Please note that the visitor may have to click "Download Images" in their email client to see the QR Code.
The QR Code in the email is used by the visitor to sign in when they arrive at the office. To do so the visitor clicks on the Visitors button and selects Sign In.
At this point the visitor is asked to scan the QR Code in the email.
Once the code has been scanned the visitor will be signed in and a confirmation message will be displayed. The employee who invited them will also be sent a Teams notification informing them of their visitors arrival.
Sign In without QR Code
Should the visitor not have access to the QR Code in the email, they can still sign in by clicking on the Visitors button and selecting Sign In and then I don't have my code.
The visitor will then be presented with a list of names for them to select their own from. The visitor should then touch the Sign In button. The same confirmation will then be shown along with a teams notification.
Sign Out
When the visitor is ready to leave they can sign out by clicking on the Visitors button and selecting Sign Out. The visitor will then be presented with a list of names for them to select their own from.
The visitor should then touch the Sign Out button. A confirmation message will then be displayed.
The visitor is now able to sign in again if they need to. Be that at the same location or a different one.
