Welcome to the Visitor Management Device Documentation. Please read through the documentation carefully to ensure that you can easily get the most out of the Visitor Management System.

What is the Visitor Management system?

It is a two part system made up of a Teams app for booking visitors and a portal device for checking in visitors. The portal device is also used to register employees presence on site in order to create a fire register. These docs detail the portal device. Accessing the Visitor Management Device

The visitor management device will be located in the entrance of all Aarsleff offices. It will be mounted on the wall and will look like the image below.

The main screen is made up of two buttons. One for Visitors and one for Employees.
